Maintaining, installing, and configuring endpoint workstations as directed. Maximizing endpoint security, patch management, and end-user account integrity.</p><p id=\"isPasted\" data-gid=\"62876\"><strong data-gid=\"62877\">ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES&nbsp;</strong>include, but are not limited to the following:</p><p data-gid=\"62878\">&nbsp;</p><ul data-gid=\"62879\"><li data-gid=\"62880\">Serving as the escalatory point of contact for end-users seeking technical assistance.</li><li data-gid=\"62881\">Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries (ticketing) and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.</li><li data-gid=\"62882\">Maintain daily performance and endpoint systems.</li><li data-gid=\"62883\">Performs routine maintenance on endpoint systems.</li><li data-gid=\"62884\">Run reports to identify trends and malfunctions that continue to occur.</li><li data-gid=\"62885\">Provisions and maintains end-user accounts (creating, enabling, disabling, filing) and workstations, maintaining data integrity and system quality.</li><li data-gid=\"62886\">Maintains working knowledge of all endpoint systems (workstations and client devices).</li><li data-gid=\"62887\">Maintains and enforces absolute standards of security, system integrity, and confidentiality within the department.</li><li data-gid=\"62888\">Routinely inspects all supported equipment on property, identifying and reporting potential problems, additionally tasked with (coordinating, scheduling, executing) necessary repairs or cleaning.</li><li data-gid=\"62889\">Maintaining security, integrity, and performance of Gaming Floor network cabling, additionally tasked with making suggestions and recommendations (equipment, security standards, etc.).</li><li data-gid=\"62890\">Assists with troubleshooting and repair of all supported equipment on property.</li><li data-gid=\"62891\">On call for any non-emergency issues: Password resets/account unlocks not required to be onsite unless directed by Information Technology Director.</li><li data-gid=\"62892\">Work on projects as assigned.</li><li data-gid=\"62893\">Flexible scheduling required.</li></ul><p data-gid=\"62894\">&nbsp;</p><p data-gid=\"62895\"><strong data-gid=\"62896\">KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS - EXPERIENCE and/or EDUCATION:</strong></p><p data-gid=\"62897\">Three&nbsp;years to five years&nbsp;of&nbsp;similar&nbsp;or&nbsp;related&nbsp;experience. &nbsp;Equivalent&nbsp;to&nbsp;a high&nbsp;school&nbsp;education.</p><p data-gid=\"62898\">&nbsp;</p><p id=\"isPasted\" data-gid=\"62911\"><strong data-gid=\"62912\">PROBLEM SOLVING:</strong></p><p data-gid=\"62913\"><strong data-gid=\"62914\">&nbsp;</strong></p><p data-gid=\"62915\">A significant level of trust and diplomacy is required, in addition to normal courtesy and tact.
