We are seeking eight engineers in total. This role requires strong Python skills, particularly in Selenium and OpenCV, and a deep understanding of healthcare billing workflows. Experience with AI/ML, OCR, and cloud platforms (especially Azure) is highly desirable.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design, implement, and maintain robust automation scripts for RCM processes using Python, Selenium, and OpenCV.</li>\n<li>Automate web-based tasks (e.g., web scraping, form submissions, browser interactions) using Selenium.</li>\n<li>Utilize OpenCV for image recognition and data extraction in visual and document-based workflows.</li>\n<li>Apply AI and machine learning techniques (e.g., OCR, NLP, predictive analytics) to enhance automation and improve process outcomes.</li>\n<li>Integrate automation solutions with billing software, EHR systems, and healthcare web portals.</li>\n<li>Ensure all automation adheres to healthcare data privacy and security regulations (e.g., HIPAA).</li>\n<li>Create and maintain clear, comprehensive technical documentation for all automation workflows.</li>\n<li>Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize automations for accuracy, efficiency, and reliability.</li>\n<li>Build resilient automation workflows that integrate with legacy systems and modern web platforms.</li>\n<li>Work alongside SMEs and operations teams to translate manual workflows into digital automation.</li>\n<li>Maintain secure credential handling, logging, and audit trails in line with HITRUST/HIPAA compliance.</li>\n<li>Leverage Azure services (e.g., Azure Functions, Azure Storage, Key Vault) to support scalable automation.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Requirements:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong proficiency in Python programming.</li>\n<li>Experience with Selenium for browser-based automation.<br></li>\n<li>Experience applying AI/ML tools such as OCR, NLP, or predictive modeling to automation use cases.</li>\n<li>Understanding healthcare RCM workflows (e.g., billing, coding, claims, denial management).</li>\n<li>Knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare security best practices.</li>\n<li>Strong analytical, debugging, and documentation skills.</li>\n<li>Effective communicator with both technical and non-technical teams.</li>\n<li>RCM Automation: Proven experience in automating complex workflows within the healthcare revenue cycle, including eligibility, claims processing, payments, and denials management.</li>\n<li>Integration Skills: Experience integrating with third-party healthcare software (EHR/EMR systems, billing software, etc.).</li>\n<li>Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to handle complex data and workflow scenarios.</li>\n<li>Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate professionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li>\n<li>Python scripting solutions and monitor and support those solutions long-term.</li>\n<li>Use Python to build ETL data pipelines, clean data and enable large scale data processing.</li>\n<li>Understand the importance of DevOps and CI/CD. Python is an important tool for DevOps, streamlining deployments and optimizing infrastructure for peak performance.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>  </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications and Experience:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must be able to show I9 identification during visual interview.<br></li>\n<li>Familiarity with EHR/billing systems and healthcare web portals.</li>\n<li>Knowledge of APIs and SQL databases.</li>\n<li>Experience working with Microsoft Azure or other cloud platforms (e.g., Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Key Vault, App Services).</li>\n<li>Proficiency with version control tools (e.g., Git).<br></li>\n<li>Experience developing APIs or integrating with third-party APIs.</li>\n<li>Must like people.</li>\n<li>Working knowledge of logging, alerting, or observability tools.</li>\n<li>Proficient in revenue cycle management automation.</li>\n<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).</li>\n<li>Ability to think strategically and solve complex problems.</li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li>\n<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br>Must be legally authorized to work in the USA.
