Assure guests are seated in a timely manner assuring that guests have a favorable dining experience. </li>\n <li> Coordinates activities of dining room personnel to provide fast and courteous service to guests. </li>\n <li>Greets guests, escorts them to tables, and provides menus in timely manner. </li>\n <li>Assigns work tasks and coordinates activities of dining room personnel to ensure prompt and courteous service to guests. </li>\n <li>Inspects dining room serving stations for neatness and cleanliness, and requisitions table linens and other dining room supplies for tables and serving stations. </li>\n <li>Prepares beverages and expedites food orders as needed. </li>\n <li>Collects payment from customers as needed. </li>\n <li>Computes or recomputed bill, itemized lists, and tickets showing amount due as needed. </li>\n <li>Works closely with Stewarding to ensure that the outlet is stocked with clean china and silver </li>\n <li>Takes beverage orders, serves beverages and bartends when necessary </li>\n <li>Ensures that all tables remain clean and free of dirty dishes and debris </li>\n <li> Responsible for daily break down of the outlet at closing.</li>\n <li> Use of all bar equipment, cash registers and Micro System.</li>\n <li> Ensure the safety and security of guests and team members. </li>\n <li>Become knowledgeable of Resorts Casino policies and procedures with regards to alcoholic beverages </li>\n <li> Other duties as assigned. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>BRING US YOUR BEST.</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>WORK AREA   </li>\n <li> 24/7 high energy casino with a large gaming and entertainment space with multiple beverage/bar outlets. Position will be required to move around to all areas with a sense of urgency. </li>\n <li> Exposed to temperatures that may vary, noise, alcohol, smoke, wet floors, crowds, long lines and bright lights   </li>\n <li>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS </li>\n <li> Walking/Standing 75% - Bending/Lifting 20% (up to 25 lbs.) </li>\n <li>Sitting 5%  </li>\n <li> EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS   </li>\n <li> A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required. </li>\n <li> Six months experience in restaurants/beverage field.   </li>\n <li>KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABiLiTiES   </li>\n <li>Ability to read, writes, and understands basic instructions. </li>\n <li>Knowledge of all bar equipment, Micro System, ABC laws and regulations and gaming laws. Knowledge of sanitation and health department regulations for safe handling of alcohol. Knowledge of C02 </li>\n <li> Ability to do assigned job duties in an interruptive environment under frequent time pressures.   </li>\n <li>GUEST RELATIONS   </li>\n <li>Always maintain a pleasant, friendly and welcoming attitude.
