    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Position Specification</strong></p><p>Own all of the technical process aspects of the SMT Process and be the SMT Subject Matter Expert (SME). Have</p><p>an intimate knowledge of all SMT process equipment capabilities, programming, operation, process, performance,</p><p>maintenance, troubleshooting and on-going continuous improvement.</p><p>Manage the SMT lines to ensure that all processes and equipment are being setup and run as efficiently and as</p><p>cost effectively as possible, resulting in a high quality product and limited defects.</p><p>Routine walks through the line to be available for operators and Supervisor to address any training, performance</p><p>and quality issues.</p><p><strong>Summary</strong></p><p>&bull; SMT Manufacturing process/equipment validation and qualification</p><p>&bull; Develop and optimize process parameters utilizing SPC tools.</p><p>&bull; Work with Engineering manager to review NPI documentation, in order to ensure SMT has what it needs</p><p>to be successful on new product introductions.</p><p>&bull; Lead the SMT FAI review and corrective action.</p><p>&bull; Establish methods to improve SMT processes for quality, cost, schedule and solve SMT manufacturing</p><p>problems.</p><p>&bull; Perform Design for Manufacturing (DFM) reviews as needed.</p><p>&bull; Provide board panelization inputs and reviews of bare board manufacturing requirements.</p><p>&bull; Order custom tooling required to manufacture product.</p><p>&bull; Develop stencil design and stencil modifications.</p><p>&bull; Support in development of process flow routing for use in production.</p><p>&bull; Create production documentation from customer files and standard manufacturing practices and provide</p><p>training as required.</p><p>&bull; Provide training for SMT personnel.</p><p>&bull; Implement engineering changes to production documentation as required.</p><p>&bull; Support SMT Supervisor in identifying gaps between operator&rsquo;s skills/knowledge and expectations.</p><p>&bull; Work with Engineering to provide feedback on process development, process improvement by</p><p>communicating lessons learned.</p><p>&bull; Drive root cause analysis and continuous improvement.</p><p>&bull; Understand and identify defects in accordance with applicable workmanship standard and class.</p><p>&bull; Stay up to date and advise on best practices for SMT assembly.</p><p>&bull; Other duties as assigned by Manager.</p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p>&bull; Bachelors degree in Engineering</p><p>&bull; At least 5 years of direct experience with SMT processes.</p><p>&bull; Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</p><p>&bull; Advanced understanding of SMT theories (ie., reflow profiling, screen printing, defects etc&hellip;)</p><p>&bull; Effective interpersonal skills.</p><p>&bull; Effective multitasking skills and ability to take on additional responsibilities as required.</p><p>&bull; Strong analytical skills.</p><p>&bull; Demonstrate high attention to detail.</p><p>&bull; Ability to work with diverse groups.</p><p>&bull; Ability to work with minimal supervision and guidance, exercising discretion and independent judgement</p><p>and professionalism.</p><p>&bull; Understanding and ability to use continuous improvement tools.</p><p>&bull; Demonstrated ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and interpret instructions from operating</p><p>manuals.</p><p>&bull; Working experience with process controls, utilizing various statistical techniques. (DQ, IQ, OQ, and PQ)</p><p>&bull; Strong customer service and client focus.</p><p>&bull; Working knowledge of productivity tools, including Microsoft Office products.</p><p>&bull; U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position may need a U.S Security Clearance within 1 year of start</p><p>date</p><p><br></p></div>\n",
