Solid Careers.\"</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"> Irrigation and Lighting Foreman / Salesman – $30-$35/hr </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><em>Key Responsibilities:</em></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead crews and oversee daily operations in the field</li>\n<li>Meet with clients, assess project needs, and provide estimates, solutions or recommendations</li>\n<li>Design, install, and service irrigation, landscape lighting systems, and Christmas lighting</li>\n<li>Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex system issues<br></li>\n<li>Ensure job site safety, quality, and efficiency</li>\n<li>Handle service calls and system maintenance from start to finish</li>\n<li>Drive project success through completion, ensuring customer satisfaction and quality results<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><em>Requirements:</em><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills</li>\n<li>Advanced troubleshooting, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities</li>\n<li>Ability to read, interpret, and design irrigation as-built drawings</li>\n<li>Proficiency with irrigation tools, equipment, system components, and installation techniques <em>(including trenching, pipe work, pumps, valves, and diagnostics)</em><br></li>\n<li>Basic computer proficiency <em>(CAD, work order systems, and email)</em></li>\n<li>Valid driver’s license <em>(A Class A CDL is required to reach the top end of the pay scale)</em></li>\n<li>Ability to get Certified Irrigation Contractor (CIC) credential <br></li>\n<li>Ability to operate a lift </li>\n<li>At least two years of irrigation experience <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">required</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Why Firman Irrigation and Tree Service?</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>At Firman, we believe in investing in our team.
