    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Position Summary:</strong></p><p>Compiles and maintains shop orders and records pertaining to maintenance and repair of plant facilities and equipment by performing the following duties.</p><p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Orders department parts, materials, supplies<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Assembles information, sets-up, and maintains files in CMMS system<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Works with procurement team on parts follow-p and lead times<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Work closely with Maintenance leadership to plan and prioritize work<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Processes all plant maintenance requests in a timely manner<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Responsible for contractor scheduling of reoccurring work<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Generates and distributes preventative maintenance work orders<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Logs and does data entry for work orders, requests, and inventory control<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Performs other duties as assigned</p><p><br><strong>Education/ Skills/ Experience:</strong></p><p>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;High school diploma and at least 1 year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.<br>&nbsp;</p>",
