This role requires a USCG BCO license, commitment to safety, operational integrity, and continuous improvement in marine operations.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Demonstrate personal leadership in process and occupational safety.</li>\n <li>Utilize the GoM Safe Practices Manual to control and mitigate work hazards.</li>\n <li>Ensure compliance with Health Safety Security & Environment (HSSE) standards and Operating Management Standard (OMS).</li>\n <li>Perform duties of Issuing Authority (IA) or Performing Authority (PA) in accordance with ISSOW.</li>\n <li>Manage marine operations focusing on ballast and fluid transfer, vessel maneuvering, and system management.</li>\n <li>Calculate weight shifts and center of gravity to maintain facility stability.</li>\n <li>Provide marine input for projects and turnaround preparations.</li>\n <li>Ensure compliance with Guidance on Certification (GoC) for maintenance work.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with functional support to address process safety and operational optimization.</li>\n <li>Record maintenance routines and defects in Maximo with detail.</li>\n <li>Complete planned maintenance routines and procedures.</li>\n <li>Monitor and manage supply levels of production chemicals, critical spares, and materials.</li>\n <li>Comply with Management of Change (MoC) process for procedural and equipment changes.</li>\n <li>Record shift and crew-change handovers accurately.</li>\n <li>Actively participate in Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives.</li>\n <li>Participate in root-cause failure investigations to enhance operational efficiency.</li>\n <li>Maintain technical integrity of instrument equipment and recommend maintenance strategy improvements.</li>\n <li>Engage in coaching and knowledge sharing with team members.</li>\n <li>Regularly review performance objectives and progress with supervisor.</li>\n <li>Implement performance management and career development processes.</li>\n <li>Ensure compliance with GoM competency requirements and regulatory competence.</li>\n <li>Maintain learning and development through the Virtual Training Assistant (VTA) portal.</li>\n <li>Engage in Competency Management Assurance Standard (CMAS) requirements.</li>\n <li>Act as a member of the emergency response team and participate in drills and exercises.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>USCG BCO license required.</li>\n <li>Offshore experience preferred.</li>\n <li>Fully Vaccinated.</li>\n <li>Rigger Certification.</li>\n <li>Crane Certification.</li>\n <li>Supervisory Experience desired.</li>\n</ul>",
