You will oversee Kubernetes architecture, infrastructure-as-code strategy, CI/CD systems, observability, reliability engineering, and cloud performance optimization across a complex AWS-based environment.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Our platform stack includes Kubernetes (EKS, Vcluster), Apache Spark workloads, Snowflake analytics, Airflow orchestration, and Java-based microservices. You will lead the teams that ensure this ecosystem is scalable, secure, resilient, and engineered for long-term performance.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">This is a hands-on executive role for someone who understands distributed systems deeply, thinks in terms of architecture and platform leverage, and can elevate engineering standards across the organization.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Platform Architecture &amp; Strategy</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Define and execute the long-term platform engineering vision across cloud, data, and application infrastructure.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Own Kubernetes (EKS) architecture, cluster strategy, multi-environment governance, and workload isolation patterns (including Vcluster strategy).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Lead infrastructure modernization and simplification initiatives to reduce technical debt and increase scalability.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Establish engineering standards for microservices deployment, resource management, and platform resiliency.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Cloud &amp; Infrastructure Engineering</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Oversee AWS infrastructure design across compute, storage, networking, and data services.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Drive Infrastructure-as-Code maturity using Terraform and GitOps principles.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Ensure platform environments are secure, observable, and highly available.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Lead capacity planning, performance engineering, and system reliability improvements.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">DevOps, CI/CD &amp; Developer Enablement</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Own CI/CD platform strategy and deployment pipelines to improve velocity and reduce operational friction.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Improve developer experience through self-service infrastructure tooling and automation.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Oversee containerization standards (Docker, Helm, ArgoCD) and release management best practices.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Champion automation-first operational processes to reduce manual intervention and toil.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Data &amp; Distributed Systems Platform</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Provide architectural oversight for Spark-based distributed compute workloads.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Guide optimization of Airflow orchestration and Snowflake data platform usage.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Ensure data-intensive workloads are engineered for performance and scale.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Standardize patterns for resource efficiency across compute-heavy systems.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Reliability, Observability &amp; Security</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Establish SRE best practices including SLOs, SLAs, incident management, and performance monitoring.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Oversee implementation of observability stack (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, etc.).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Ensure security and compliance standards are embedded in platform design.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Improve resilience and disaster recovery strategies.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Leadership &amp; Organizational Development</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Build and lead a high-performing Platform Engineering organization.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Mentor senior engineers and platform leads.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Collaborate closely with Engineering, Data, and Security leadership.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Create a culture of operational excellence, ownership, and continuous improvement.</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;
