This full-time position offers a Monday–Friday day shift schedule (8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.), providing a stable and supportive work environment where you can make a meaningful impact every day.</span></p>\n<p><span><i>Inova is consistently ranked a national healthcare leader in safety, quality and patient experience.</i></span><span>&nbsp;</span><span><i>We are also proud to be consistently recognized as a top employer in both the D.C. metro area and the nation.&nbsp;</i></span></p>\n<p><span><b>Featured Benefits:</b></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span><b>Committed to Team Member Health:&nbsp;</b>offering medical, dental and vision coverage, and a robust team member wellness program.</span></li>\n <li><span><b>Retirement:&nbsp;</b>Inova matches the first 5% of eligible contributions – starting on your first day.</span></li>\n <li><span><b>Tuition and Student Loan Assistance:&nbsp;</b>offering<b>&nbsp;</b>up to $5,250 per year in education assistance and up to $10,000 for student loans.</span></li>\n <li><span><b>Mental Health Support:&nbsp;</b>offering all Inova team members, their spouses/partners, and their children 25 mental health coaching or therapy sessions, per person, per year, at no cost.</span></li>\n <li><span><b>Work/Life Balance:&nbsp;</b>offering<b>&nbsp;</b>paid time off, paid parental leave, flexible work schedules, and remote and hybrid career opportunities<b>.</b></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><b>Behavioral Health Therapist IV Job Responsibilities:</b></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Serves as clinical expert providing a range of therapeutic services, psychoeducational programming and behavioral interventions to assist the patient in achieving progress towards the goals and objectives of individualized treatment plans.&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Assesses and diagnoses mental health and/or substance use disorders through a bio/psycho/social department specific and evidenced based assessment identifying patient and family goals/needs.&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Serves as a clinical leader by providing clinical supervision to team members seeking licensure as well as supervision/mentoring of graduate students during clinical internships.</span></li>\n <li><span>Integrates assessments using information related to cultural, clinical, ethnic, age and other factors into the plan of care while providing a range of therapeutic interventions, psycho-educational programming and behavioral interventions (when indicated) to assist the patient/family in achieving the goals and objectives of the individualized service plan.</span></li>\n <li><span>May engage in research and contributes to the specialty field of program/department/unit through the development/participation of research protocols, abstract writing and publications when identified and appropriate.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><b>Minimum Qualifications:</b></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span><b>Education:&nbsp;</b>Master's Degree, Ph.D., PsyD, EdD in Mental Health, Social Work, Counseling, Substance Use Disorders or Behavioral Health related field.</span></li>\n <li><span><b>Experience</b>: Five years of experience post licensure in mental health/substance use disorder treatment, psychoeducational programming including targeted, evidence-based interventions (crisis intervention, trauma, and integrative therapies).</span></li>\n <li><span><b>Certification:&nbsp;</b>Basic Life Support (BLS) – American Heart Association within 3 months of hire. Crisis Prevention Institute within 6 months of hire. CPI in-person training for non-violent crisis intervention, receive CPI blue card within 6 months of hire.</span></li>\n <li><span><b>Licensure:</b> Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Psychologist (LCP), or Licensed Substance Abuse Professional (LSATP).
