    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><p data-pasted=\"true\">Arrowhead Winch engineers and manufactures industrial winch, hoist and drive systems under the BRADEN, CARCO and Gearmatic brand names in Broken Arrow and Okmulgee, Oklahoma. Our goal is for all employees to work safely without injury while maintaining the highest safety standards in compliance with company policies.</p><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Manufacturing Engineer Project Manager Position Overview:</strong></p><p>Evaluates facilities and production process and makes recommendations to maintain or improve production efficiency and reduce manufacturing costs, under minimal supervision.</p><p><strong><strong data-pasted=\"true\">Manufacturing Engineer Project Manager&nbsp;</strong>Essential Functions/Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Coordinate with ME teams at Broken Arrow and Okmulgee as needed for project work.</li><li>Updates ME managers of roadblocks and timelines for dedication of resources for project related work.</li><li>Prepares and presents PCP presentations for ME group projects.</li><li>Prepares budgetary numbers, manages and tracks the execution of Capex expenditures with Capex coordinator related to project. &nbsp;Reports these details to the ME Manager.</li><li>Coordinates and updates ME Manager of project status and timelines.</li><li>Prioritizes work and resources needed from ME groups of BA and OKM related to project timelines.</li><li>Tracks ME hours related to each project and reports to project manager.</li><li>Excellent communication skills.</li><li>Organizational skills for tracking and reporting of project statuses.</li><li>Prepares and implements complex layouts and studies of plant and facility arrangements and manufacturing operations.</li><li>Provides direction of time and work sequence studies and reviews and recommends adjusts to manufacturing operations.</li><li>Reviews plant layouts and organization to maximize through put.</li><li>Develops procedures and plant arrangements to ensure proper material handling and storage.</li><li>Reviews engineering designs for manufacturing feasibility and recommends changes as necessary.</li><li>Determines manufacturing processes.</li><li>Determines and develops standard operation times, conducts various cost studies.&nbsp;</li><li>Prepares and implements capital budget items.</li><li>Designs and implements shop tooling and fixtures.</li><li>Create step by step work instructions for product build.</li><li>Design tooling required for assembly of production units.</li><li>May direct the activities of small group of employees.</li><li>Performs other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p><strong>Manufacturing Engineer Project Manager&nbsp;Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or related field</li><li>Three (3) years minimum experience as a manufacturing engineer in a machine shop environment</li><li>Knowledge of machining and manufacturing processes, gearing, NC programming (preferably with Esprit CAM System), and tool design utilizing a CAD based system.</li><li>Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing experience</li><li>PMP training required</li><li>PMP certification preferred&nbsp;</li><li>Familiar with Microsoft project or similar project management software.</li></ul><p><strong>Physical Demands and Work Environment:</strong></p><p>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to handle or feel and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms. &nbsp; Requires frequent standing and walking on concrete floors. &nbsp;Must be able to bend, squat, reach, and grab parts and inspect machinery. &nbsp;Must be able to wear the required personal protective equipment (PPE).
