Overview
Titan Florida has an opening for an Inside Sales Representative for Concrete Products Sales Department. This salaried exempt position will report to the VP of Sales Support.

Ability to market and promote oneself and products through over the phone, in-person, and social media avenues
Adapt between traditional and unconventional sales approaches depending on situation/audience
Enthusiasm to go beyond the expected customer relationship to include understanding the customer’s business, products, and market to provide solutions to the customer
Be able to see the big picture- understand individual goals as well as overall company objectives, wide focus
Demonstrates leadership/managerial potential
Demonstrates talent to be innovative and creative
Major Responsibilities include:
Sell ready mix concrete and concrete block, provide Value Engineering
Develop, analyze and maintain market intelligence
Network, Build and maintain customer relationships internally and externally
Quote prices, credit terms and prepare sales contracts
Some selected promotional activities and trade association involvement
Track projects from the design stage to award of concrete products
Prepare and distribute upon request LEED ® project reports
Support and backup inside retail block sales
Preparation of internal sales quotations for Concrete Products
Qualifications
Qualifications
Preferred to have one year of successful sales experience
Bilingual: oral and written communication in English and Spanish.
College Degree or equivalent work experience that includes required responsibilities
Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and reasoning skills
Computer literate; including but not limited to, Microsoft Office, Outlook, Database Integrity.
Valid Driver’s License
