You are a key contributor to our commitment to <strong>exceptional service, operational excellence, and first-class environments</strong> that reflect the CLS brand.</p>\n<h3><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></h3>\n<h4><strong>Customer Experience & Service</strong></h4>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Provide <strong>first-class customer service</strong> to residents, prospects, and team members.</p></li>\n <li><p>Respond promptly and professionally to all resident and staff requests.</p></li>\n <li><p>Maintain friendly and respectful communication in all interactions.</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h4><strong>Cleaning & Upkeep</strong></h4>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Clean and maintain all <strong>common areas</strong>, <strong>offices</strong>, <strong>hallways</strong>, <strong>stairwells</strong>, <strong>basements</strong>, <strong>grounds</strong>, and <strong>exterior areas</strong>.</p></li>\n <li><p>Ensure model units, amenity spaces, and vacant apartments are clean and presentable at all times.</p></li>\n <li><p>Follow cleaning protocols and schedules to maintain property standards consistently.</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h4><strong>Maintenance & Safety</strong></h4>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Identify and respond to any safety hazards or potential liabilities across the property.</p></li>\n <li><p>Work with the maintenance and office teams to coordinate service requests and unit turnover cleaning.</p></li>\n <li><p>Assist with <strong>grounds upkeep</strong>, including landscaping cleanliness and outdoor appearance.</p></li>\n <li><p>Maintain a clean and <strong>organized housekeeping/maintenance supply area</strong>.</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h4><strong>Work Orders & Documentation</strong></h4>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Complete all housekeeping-related work orders in a timely, professional, and courteous manner.</p></li>\n <li><p>Ensure proper documentation and photo evidence for any resident-caused damages for billing purposes.</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h4><strong>Standards & Compliance</strong></h4>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Follow all safety regulations, property policies, and OSHA guidelines.</p></li>\n <li><p>Ensure cleaning supplies are used and stored properly in compliance with safety standards.</p></li>\n <li><p>Participate in training sessions and keep necessary certifications up to date.</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h4><strong>Team Collaboration</strong></h4>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Communicate needs, ideas, and concerns to the Manager clearly and proactively.</p></li>\n <li><p>Assist in fostering a positive work environment and contribute to team morale.</p></li>\n <li><p>Support community events and resident functions when needed.</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h4><strong>Property Walks & Curb Appeal</strong></h4>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Conduct daily property walks to ensure the community is clean, safe, and welcoming.</p></li>\n <li><p>Suggest improvements to enhance curb appeal and resident satisfaction.</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<h3><strong>Qualifications</strong></h3>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Experience in housekeeping, custodial, or janitorial work preferred.</p></li>\n <li><p>Detail-oriented with a strong sense of cleanliness and presentation.</p></li>\n <li><p>Self-motivated, reliable, and proactive in identifying and solving problems.</p></li>\n <li><p>Excellent time management and organizational skills.</p></li>\n <li><p>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</p></li>\n <li><p>A positive attitude and alignment with the <strong>CLS Living</strong> <strong>culture and values</strong>.</p></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Who You Are</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and who sees every challenge as an opportunity to improve the resident experience.
