          "text": "<p><b>Systems Administrator<br />Location: Montgomery, AL<br />Local Candidates Required? : Strongly Preferred (local candidates will be considered first) <br />Duration: 3+ month contract<br /><br /></b><br /><br /><b>MUST HAVE:</b><br />•Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems degree <br />•5+ years of experience in Systems Administration, with a focus on Active Directory management and VMWare experience, including<br />•Design<br />•Installations<br />•Configurations<br />•Integrations<br />•Upgrades<br />•Establishing procedures and operational requirements<br />•Support<br />•Extensive knowledge in administration of Active Directory, Windows servers, Azure, Office 365, and VMware<br />•Experience with DNS (including creating/updating zones and records), DHCP, Office 365, IIS, and other ISD technologies<br />•Provide operations management services and support to include physical and VMware server design, integration, administration, and management of multiple Active Directory domains<br />•Advanced technical understanding of Microsoft Windows Server OS, Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, VMware server virtualization, and SAN infrastructures<br />•Ability to monitor systems for hardware/software performance issue, as well as, documenting and tracking software changes, risks, and issues<br />•Experience working with application pools, .NET versions, SQL database connections, and web protocols<br /><b><br />Regards</b><br /><br />Avinash<br />avi (at) scoutet (dot) com<br />609 303 2211<br /></p>",
