    "description_html": "<p>Glacier West Self Storage is seeking a Resident Property Manager to fill a Full-Time Storage Position.</p><p><b>We are offering an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced Resident Property Manager, with great technical and people skills, to play a key role at our Glacier West Location in Granite Falls, WA.  </b><em><strong>This position requires that you live on-site. </strong></em><b> </b></p><p>JOB DESCRIPTION:</p><ul><li>Handles day to day operations of the facility.</li><li>Provides excellent customer service experience.</li><li>Answers calls and emails in a timely and professional manner.</li><li>Performs daily site checks.</li><li>Assisting customers seeking storage units.</li><li>Collecting and processing payments.</li><li>Contacting delinquent occupants.</li><li>Performing daily and weekly reports, marketing, surveys, inventory, cleaning and maintenance.</li><li>Property Inspections.</li><li>Primary point of contact for contractor and vendor work on site.</li><li>Adhering to cleaning standards of the property. </li><li>Use of power tools is required. </li></ul><p>QUALIFICATIONS:</p><ul><li>Self-Storage, Management, Customer Service, Sale experience preferred.</li><li>Employee must possess a valid DL.</li><li>Cleaning and maintenance experience.</li><li>Ability to work independently without onsite supervision.</li><li>Self-Storage experience is a significant plus.</li></ul><p><b>Glacier West Offers:</b></p><ul><li><b>Competitive Salary & bonuses.</b></li><li>Medical, Dental, Vision after 90 days.</li><li>Vacation and Sick time after 90 days.</li><li>Growing company with advancement opportunities.</li></ul><p><b>Pay rate: </b>$19.00 - $21.50<b> per hour</b></p><p><b>Glacier West Self Storage offers competitive pay, a professional work environment, commission incentives, health, dental/vision insurance and paid vacations and holidays.
