We are recruiting for the following position:</strong></p><p style=\"text-align:center;\"><span style=\"font-size:11pt;\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;\"><b><span style=\"font-size:13pt;\"><span style=\"font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;\"><span style=\"color:#4f81bd;\">Sea Mar is a mandatory COVID-19 and flu vaccine organization</span></span></span></b></span></span></p><p><u>Phlebotomist - Posting #25599</u></p><p>Hourly Rate: $20.02</p><p><strong>Position Summary:</strong></p><p>On-call Phlebotomist&#160;position available for our Medical Clinic in Aberdeen.&#160;&#160;</p><p>The Phlebotomist will follow patient care upon completion of venipuncture. Responsible for performing phlebotomy, waived tests, Automated CBCs, EKG&#8217;s, Spirometry&#8217;s, to assist in the diagnostic and treatment of the patients. Keep and maintains lab, reports and logs, processes specimens for outside referrals, keeps adequate inventory of supplies. Performs all tasks in a safe manner and in compliance with Sea Mar Health and Safety and infection control program. Must be prepared to assist the Medical Laboratory Technician or Medical Technologist when necessary.</p><p><strong>Qualifications and/or Education:</strong></p><ul><li>Must have active Medical Assistant-Phlebotomist (MA-P) certification from the Washington State Department of Health required.</li><li>High School Diploma or GED required.&#160;</li><li>Must have exceptional customer service and blood drawing skills.</li><li>Foreign applicant requires the equivalency in the US for the HS Diploma.&#160; International education equivalents applied to US education.</li><li>Graduated and certified from a recognized US Phlebotomy School Program or authenticity of documents and accreditation status of foreign schools.</li><li>Must pass a pre-hire competency test.</li><li>The ability to communicate in English and Spanish or other languages desirable.</li></ul><p><span style=\"font-size:11pt;\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;\"><em><span style=\"font-size:12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;\">This is not a full comprehensive list of Duties/Responsibilities</span></span></em><em><span style=\"font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;\">. </span></em><em><span style=\"font-size:12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;\">Other duties may be assigned.</span></span></em></span></span></p><p><strong>How to Apply:</strong></p><p>To apply for this position complete the online application and click SUBMIT or APPLY NOW.
