The successful candidate will provide leadership within a <strong>union</strong> environment, fostering a strong culture of safety, accountability, and operational excellence. A key focus of this position is the oversight and management of contracted service providers, ensuring compliance, performance, and alignment with client expectations. The Facilities Engineering Operations Manager will drive continuous improvement initiatives, support a high-performing maintenance team, and maintain strong client relationships.
