    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>Position Title</strong>: Shuttle Driver - Sacramento based</p>\n<p><strong>Pay:</strong> $29.00 - $31.00/hr. + full Benefits + new quarterly bonus will be applied.</p>\n<p><strong>Benefits Summary:</strong> Benefits for Harbor Team Members include vacation time, sick time, personal holidays, paid holidays, medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, 401(k) retirement plan with a generous employer match and some great Harbor perks!</p>\n<p><strong>Shift Schedule: </strong>Sunday - Wednesday, avg 40-50 hours</p>\n<p><strong>General Summary</strong>: The purpose of the Shuttle Driver position is to haul empty trailers to the Modesto Distribution Center, unhook empty trailers, hook up loaded trailers, and then haul the trailers back to where the shift started.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Essential Job Functions</strong>:</p>\n<p>Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of tractor and trailer</p>\n<p>Haul empty trailers to the Modesto Distribution Center, unhook empty trailers, hook up loaded trailers, and then haul the trailers back to Modesto.</p>\n<p>Drivers must maintain safe operation of company vehicles on all public and private roadways and property</p>\n<p>Drivers will conduct themselves with professionalism as Class A CDL Drivers using safe driving techniques, defensive driving, and abiding by all of the DOT mandated regulations which may apply to their day to day work</p>\n<p>Other duties as assigned by manager</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities</strong>:</p>\n<p>Knowledge of transportation principles and methods for transporting goods by commercial vehicle</p>\n<p>Skilled in using time efficiently and attention to detail</p>\n<p>Ability to physically complete physical requirements of job</p>\n<p>Ability to drive commercial vehicles (semi-trucks and trailers up 53 feet, solo trucks, vans, etc.), use a hand truck, use a pallet jack, walk boards, stay bars, etc.</p>\n<p>Ability to work well with other employees to foster a respectful and professional work environment</p>\n<p><strong>Education and Experience</strong>:</p>\n<p>Acceptable MVR record</p>\n<p>One to three years commercial driving experience, grocery distributing experience a plus</p>\n<p><strong>License and Certifications</strong>:</p>\n<p>Class A CDL License required and must have a doubles endorsement</p>\n<p>Current medical certificate card</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><em>All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion, national origin, disability, veteran status, age, marital status, pregnancy, genetic information, or other legally protected status.</em></strong></p>",
