Maintain up to date required documentation, conduct quality assurance activities, and collaborate closely with the Program Manager to assist general program management.&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><em>Visit us at:&nbsp;</em><a href=\"http://www.ccab.org/\" target=\"_blank\"><em>www.ccab.org</em></a><em>.</em></p><p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Conduct weekly reflective, clinical, and administrative supervision sessions for up to 5 home visitors.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Promote mindfulness self-regulation strategies to support staff navigate through difficult and stressful work-related situations.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Facilitate team building activities to promote a culture of belonging, collaboration, and staff motivation.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Train home visitors to guarantee high-quality service for families by meeting the needs of families from diverse socio-economic, cultural, and linguistic backgrounds. </li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Maintain up-to-date &nbsp;supervision documentation as &nbsp;required.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Conduct quality assurance activities such as observations, QA calls, and co-visits to guarantee high-quality service for &nbsp;families.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Collaborate with the Program Manager to analyze data provided by Children&rsquo;s Trust, develop, and implement strategies to meet all the &nbsp;program requirements &nbsp;and standards.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Serve as a linkage between community agencies and staff to provide appropriate referrals &nbsp;and connections for children and families in the program.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Complete employee performance appraisals.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\"><span data-contrast=\"none\" lang=\"EN-US\" class=\"TextRun SCXW10915158 BCX0\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW10915158 BCX0\">As a Mandated Reporter, file and assist home visitors in filing 51A Child Abuse and Neglect reports with the Department of Children, when necessary.</span></span></li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Oversee health and social service assessment, counseling, education, and advocacy services to clients. Make referrals and provide follow-up case management.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Supervise the participant&#39;s record and data collection for assigned staff.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Verify that participants are receiving services by checking weekly employee visitation records and schedules. Ensure data is entered &nbsp;timely and accurately into the Participant Data System.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Monitor home visitor schedules to ensure home visits are completed according to service level.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Complete required reports as required by the program and funder.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Perform annual parent child interaction assessment for program participants utilizing the required parent child interaction rating tool.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Assist with implementation of HFM policies and execution of expected benchmarks to meet HFA Best Practice Standards in order to &nbsp;meet national accreditation requirements.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Supervise home visiting activities, group-based training needs, and activities for parents.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Represent the Healthy Families program to other agencies as requested by the program manager.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Maintain ongoing communication with the program funder and community partners.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Communicate participant concerns to the Program &nbsp;Manager and Home Visitor. Resolve &nbsp;in a timely manner.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Work is performed in an office environment and at offsite locations as required. Use of general office equipment including phones and computers. The Supervisor will support the Home Visitor with home visitation during &nbsp;the absence of the Home Visitor.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">May stand or sit for prolonged periods of time.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Open or close the office as required. Always ensure safety for self and others.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Always maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Attend internal and external meetings and &nbsp;training courses as required.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Local travel as required.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Other duties assigned by the Program Manager.</li></ul><p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS&nbsp;</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Master&rsquo;s degree in public health or human services administration or fields related to working with children and families, or bachelor&rsquo;s degree in these fields with 3 years relevant experience, or less than a bachelor&rsquo;s degree but with commensurate HFM/HFA experience</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Experience providing supervision including reflective, clinical, and administrative practice preferred.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">An ability to establish trusting relationships. &nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Acceptance of individual differences.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">A solid understanding of or experience in supervising diverse staff with humility, as well as providing support in stressful work environments.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Knowledge of parent-infant health.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Knowledge of the dynamics of child abuse and neglect.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Experience and humility in supporting culturally diverse families, children, and communities, with a strength-based and family-centered lens.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Experience in home visiting with a strong background in early childhood prevention services preferred.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Infant Mental health preferred.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Willing to engage in building reflective capacity(e.g., has the capacity for introspection, communicates awareness of self in relation to others, recognizing value of supervision, etc.).</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Knowledge of infant and child development and parent child attachment.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Knowledge of working with a trauma informed approach.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Experience in reflective supervision preferred.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Strong computer literacy skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (excel, word, outlook, power point).</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Strong organizational skills.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Good observation, strong interpersonal skills, and communication skills.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Bilingual preferred.
