    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Health, Safety &amp; Environmental Director</strong><strong>&nbsp;&ndash; STANDARD JOB DESCRIPTION</strong></p><h1><strong><span style=\"font-size: 36px;\">JOB TITLE: </span></strong><span style=\"font-size: 36px;\">&nbsp;Health, Safety &amp; Environmental Director</span></h1><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>PRIMARY FUNCTION:</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">The HSE Director is responsible for leading, developing, implementing, and continuously improving the Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) programs for 4-Horn Management and the companies it supports. This position ensures compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations while fostering a proactive culture of safety and continuous improvement across all business operations.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">The HSE Director serves as the primary authority and point of contact for all HSE-related matters and works closely with executive leadership, management teams, and field personnel to establish organizational safety objectives and performance standards.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>PRIMARY DUTIES:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Lead the development, implementation, and management of comprehensive HSE programs across various industries and operational environments.&nbsp;</li><li>Direct and oversee internal and external HSE audits, inspections, and compliance evaluations.&nbsp;</li><li>Develop and implement health, safety and environmental (HSE) strategies and action plans that define and ensure commitment to a proactive HSE culture.</li><li>Auditing, analyzing and reporting HSE performance and writing HSE performance/compliance reports.</li><li>Assesses and refines the HSE processes and procedures (as needed) to assure that they remain effective and continue to fully meet OSHA requirements.</li><li>Ensuring compliance with HSE legislation and keeping up to date with regulations and legislation.</li><li data-pasted=\"true\">Ensure compliance with FMCSA/DOT regulations for drivers and vehicles</li><li>Lead incident investigations and corrective/preventive action development.&nbsp;</li><li>Develop, implement, and oversee HSE training programs for employees, supervisors, and management personnel at all levels.&nbsp;</li><li>Provide technical guidance and support regarding safety, industrial hygiene, environmental compliance, risk management, and emergency response.&nbsp;</li><li>Coordinate with operational leadership to integrate HSE requirements into daily business activities and project planning.</li><li>Special projects as required and other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, COMPETENCIES &amp; SKILLS REQUIRED:</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 21.5px;\"><li>Minimum: Associates Degree in a related field and 5-7 years Safety experience&nbsp;</li><li>Preferred: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in a related field&nbsp;</li><li>Must have strong computer skills including excellent MS Office background&nbsp;</li><li data-pasted=\"true\">Preferred Data Base Knowledge: DISA, Samara, Avetta, ISNetworld&nbsp;</li><li>Must be a self-starter and able to work independently, prioritize and accomplish deadlines.</li><li>Must be able to work in a team environment to complete department assigned projects</li><li>Must have excellent problem solving skills.&nbsp;</li><li>Must be detail oriented and organized.&nbsp;</li><li>Must be able to multi-task and work on many different projects at one time.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><br></p><p>This is an on-site position in Pasadena, TX</p></div></div></div>\n",
