    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><span>Position:&nbsp;Assembly Coordinator</span></p>\n<p><span>Duties: Responsible for overseeing the assembly processes on the manufacturing assembly line.&nbsp; Support assembly section teams enabling collaboration and team work to meet targets in Safety, Quality, Productivity, Cost and People.&nbsp; Monitor Section Teams performance and support continuous improvement activities.&nbsp; Lead transformation plan for Metals Operating System model lines.&nbsp; Support Assembly Area Managers to maximize production and quality, minimizing downtime and scrap.&nbsp; Promote and ensure the use Metalsa Operating System standards in daily operations.&nbsp; Report all unsafe acts and conditions immediately.&nbsp; Use innovation process and the team concept to improve safety in the plant.&nbsp; Be proactively involved with improving working conditions.&nbsp; Offer ideas for improvement of all systems and help implement them.&nbsp; Support assembly operations in achieving plant quality objectives/goals.&nbsp; Help assure 100% on-time delivery to customers and 0 PPM on parts.&nbsp; Understand customer needs and work toward meeting and exceeding them, maintaining working relationship with customers.&nbsp; Responsible for helping to maintain an appearance of a World Class facility.&nbsp; Actively support full implementation of the 5S’s, using it to approach and keep all areas clean, neat and properly maintained.&nbsp; Actively involved with the Metalsa Operating System practices for continuous improvement/training within the assembly area.&nbsp; Perform other duties/responsibilities at the Elizabethtown, KY facility, as needed.</span></p>\n<p><span>Location:&nbsp;Elizabethtown, KY</span></p>\n<p><span>Minimum Qualifications:&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></p>\n<p><span>Education:&nbsp;Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related discipline.&nbsp;</span></p>\n<p><span>Experience:&nbsp;3 years of experience in the job offered, or in assembly process or project engineering position within the automotive chassis frame industry.&nbsp; Experience must include the design of streamline assembly line processing while ensuring adherence to stringent customer quality standards and requirements.&nbsp; Must have hands-on experience enhancing productivity, efficiency and quality assurance of assembly line&nbsp; process. &nbsp;Experience can be gained concurrently.&nbsp; Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training or experience.</span></p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:3in\">&nbsp;</p>",
