It is their duty to assist children in achieving athletic success while maintaining a fun and safe environment. </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Essential Functions</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Lead and supervise classes with children as young as four years old</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Prepare for classes by studying lesson plans, training videos, and required program skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Observe and spot athletes as they practice skills on all apparatus</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Provide feedback to ninjas and their families through in-class coaching, progress reports, and parent communication</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Take attendance and communicate discrepancies with the office staff</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Hand out student prizes, ribbons, and marketing materials at the end of class</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Attend mandatory staff meetings and training sessions</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Job Requirements</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ability to move safely through the gym, including the ability to lift up to 50lbs</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Strong communication skills with adults and children</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ability to relate in age-appropriate ways to students</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Proficiency in using computers and tablets</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Position Type - Expected Hours of Work</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">This is a part-time position. Altius runs classes and events seven days a week. Coaching hours will be assigned as needed.
