architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise-scale data and analytics solutions using <strong>Databricks and AWS</strong>  </li>\n <li>Own and evolve data pipelines across ingestion, transformation, curation, and delivery for large-scale datasets  </li>\n <li>Lead implementation of <strong>entity resolution and data linking capabilities</strong>, including technologies such as <strong>Senzing</strong> or similar platforms  </li>\n <li>Establish and enforce standards for <strong>data quality, integrity, lineage, and traceability</strong> across integrated data sources  </li>\n <li>Serve as the primary technical point of contact, translating business and mission needs into delivery plans, architecture decisions, and actionable engineering tasks  </li>\n <li>Provide hands-on technical leadership through coding, design reviews, troubleshooting, and resolution of complex platform issues  </li>\n <li>Lead and mentor engineers, setting standards for engineering quality, data modeling, platform design, and technical execution  </li>\n <li>Manage <strong>Agile/Scrum delivery</strong>, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, dependency management, and progress tracking  </li>\n <li>Drive platform performance, scalability, resiliency, and operational stability across data pipelines and analytics workloads  </li>\n <li>Oversee AWS cloud architecture, including compute, storage, networking, and platform services that support the analytics environment  </li>\n <li>Implement and mature <strong>DevSecOps practices</strong>, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, release discipline, and secure deployment  </li>\n <li>Coordinate across stakeholders, product owners, and mission partners to align platform capabilities with evolving operational requirements  </li>\n <li>Enforce security controls, compliance requirements, and vulnerability remediation activities across the platform lifecycle  </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>8+ years of experience</strong> in technical leadership, solution delivery, or engineering management roles  </li>\n <li>Strong hands-on experience with <strong>Databricks</strong>, including data engineering, analytics workflows, and platform delivery  </li>\n <li>Proven experience designing, building, and operating enterprise data platforms in <strong>AWS</strong>  </li>\n <li>Demonstrated expertise in large-scale data processing, <strong>ETL/ELT pipelines</strong>, and data modeling  </li>\n <li>Experience implementing <strong>entity resolution</strong>, record linkage, or multi-source data integration solutions  </li>\n <li>Experience leading <strong>Agile execution</strong>, including backlog management, sprint execution, and delivery oversight  </li>\n <li>Strong understanding of data architecture, distributed processing, and performance optimization  </li>\n <li>Experience implementing <strong>CI/CD and DevSecOps pipelines</strong> for data and platform engineering  </li>\n <li>Ability to translate complex requirements into actionable technical plans and drive execution across teams  </li>\n <li>Experience working in fast-paced, mission-driven, multi-stakeholder environments  </li>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent relevant experience  </li>\n</ul>\n<p>  </p>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience with <strong>Senzing</strong> or comparable entity resolution platforms  </li>\n <li>Experience with <strong>data governance, lineage, and cataloging frameworks</strong>, such as <strong>Unity Catalog</strong> or equivalent  </li>\n <li>Experience with both <strong>batch and streaming</strong> data architectures  </li>\n <li>Experience with <strong>containerization and orchestration</strong>, including Kubernetes  </li>\n <li>Experience with <strong>infrastructure as code</strong> and automated environment provisioning  </li>\n <li>Experience with platform monitoring, observability, and performance tuning for data-intensive systems  </li>\n <li>Experience using <strong>Jira, Confluence</strong>, or similar Agile delivery tools  </li>\n</ul>\n<p>
