We combine expertise in retirement and investment consulting to support organizations worldwide in designing, managing, administering, and communicating all types of retirement plans.</p>\n<p>Note: Employment-based non-immigrant visa sponsorship and/or assistance is not offered for this specific job opportunity.</p>\n<p><strong>The Role</strong></p>\n<p>As a Pension Outsourcing Manager, you will perform a wide variety of recurring defined benefit plan administration services for clients, contribute to special projects, and provide ad hoc client support services. You will serve as the day-to-day project manager, contributing to client management and special projects, while also mentoring less experienced associates.</p>\n<p>You will have the opportunity to:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Serve as primary, daily contact to clients on delivery of services</li>\n <li>Respond to and resolve complex issues, including those escalated clients and colleagues</li>\n <li>Review work and deliverables of analysts</li>\n <li>Raise issues as appropriate to directors</li>\n <li>Enhance your expertise in retirement plan design and administration</li>\n <li>Be on a career path with growth and advancement</li>\n <li>Employ the most cutting-edge tools and resources and work with top talent in the industry</li>\n <li>Prepare moderately complex benefit calculations and trust instructions</li>\n <li>Collect, manipulate, reconcile, and review participant data – identifying and resolving issues as they arise</li>\n <li>Resolve more complex plan provision questions and issues surfaced by less experienced analysts</li>\n <li>Follow and update documentation materials as directed</li>\n <li>Employ WTW's Professional Excellence tools and concepts to ensure efficient and quality output/service delivery</li>\n <li>Adhere to plan documents and government regulations in administering plans</li>\n <li>Manage and coach team to ensure progress against established budgets, timelines and quality standards</li>\n <li>Deliver on projects to meet or exceed client expectations</li>\n <li>Increase efficiency within client teams by identifying ways to improve processes</li>\n <li>Develop and train less experienced associates</li>\n</ul>",
