    "description": "<h1><strong>Job Summary</strong></h1>\r\n\r\n<p>The Solar PV Project Manager is responsible for the full lifecycle of commercial and utility-scale solar construction projects&mdash;from early-stage diligence, planning and preconstruction through execution, commissioning, and closeout. This role integrates strategic planning, diligence, permitting, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination to ensure high quality projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. The Project Manager serves as the central point of accountability across engineering, development, construction, and finance teams.</p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Preconstruction Planning &amp; Coordination\r\n\t<ul>\r\n\t\t<li>Lead preconstruction efforts from concept through mobilization.</li>\r\n\t\t<li>Conduct constructability reviews, feasibility assessments, and site evaluations.</li>\r\n\t\t<li>Conduct site visits during project diligence phase.</li>\r\n\t\t<li>Coordinate topographical surveys, geotechnical investigations, and site access.</li>\r\n\t\t<li>Develop scopes, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with engineering, permitting, and development teams.</li>\r\n\t\t<li>Organize and manage RFI and Value Engineering logs, and Risk logs.</li>\r\n\t\t<li>Document meetings with developers, contractors, and internal stakeholders.</li>\r\n\t</ul>\r\n\t</li>\r\n\t<li>Construction Oversight\r\n\t<ul>\r\n\t\t<li>Manage multiple solar construction projects at various stages.</li>\r\n\t\t<li>Oversee EPC relationships, qualifications, and contractor selection.</li>\r\n\t\t<li>Conduct site visits for initial construction and QA/QC during buildout.</li>\r\n\t\t<li>Ensure compliance with SSI technical specifications and local standards.</li>\r\n\t\t<li>Maintain construction phase safety and Prevailing Wage and Apprenticeship compliance.</li>\r\n\t</ul>\r\n\t</li>\r\n\t<li>Documentation &amp; Namely, schedule milestones, contractor information, budget and cost to date data.</li>\r\n\t</ul>\r\n\t</li>\r\n\t<li>Budgeting &amp; Estimating\r\n\t<ul>\r\n\t\t<li>Prepare detailed CAPEX budgets.</li>\r\n\t\t<li>Engage in value engineering efforts to optimize cost without compromising quality.</li>\r\n\t\t<li>Manage RFPs for subcontractors and third-party engineering scopes, including bid leveling and scope gap analysis.</li>\r\n\t\t<li>Develop initial construction schedules and cash flow projections.</li>\r\n\t</ul>\r\n\t</li>\r\n\t<li>Contract Management\r\n\t<ul>\r\n\t\t<li>Engage turn-key EPC partners and key subcontractors.</li>\r\n\t\t<li>Develop detailed Scope of Work exhibit for each agreement, tailored to the project.</li>\r\n\t\t<li>Prepare all EPC contract exhibits and lead negotiation of technical and commercial terms while coordinating with the Team Lead, General Manager and inside counsel.</li>\r\n\t\t<li>Manage all EPC and subcontract agreements.</li>\r\n\t\t<li>Review, document and process change orders.</li>\r\n\t</ul>\r\n\t</li>\r\n\t<li>Permitting &amp; Regulatory Compliance\r\n\t<ul>\r\n\t\t<li>Contract and manage third party civil engineers in development of permit matrices for each project.</li>\r\n\t\t<li>Oversee local, state, and federal permitting processes executed by EPC partners and subcontractors.</li>\r\n\t\t<li>Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.</li>\r\n\t</ul>\r\n\t</li>\r\n\t<li>Design &amp;
