    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>We are seeking a Field Calibration Technician to join our growing remote team. In this role, you’ll perform precise, high-quality calibrations at customer sites across diverse industries and locations. This is a field-based position that offers the chance to travel extensively, gain exposure to different environments, and build strong relationships with customers. Travel includes a mix of local day trips and overnight assignments, depending on project requirements. This is a unique opportunity to broaden your skills across multiple calibration disciplines while working directly with customers and representing our organization in the field.</p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><p><strong>Calibration Execution</strong></p><ul><li>Perform calibrations in accordance with company procedures and applicable standards (ISO/IEC 17025, ISO9001, AS9100, ANZ540.1).</li><li>Support a wide range of calibration disciplines with opportunities to cross-train and expand expertise.</li><li>Accurately document calibration results with full compliance and traceability.</li><li>Maintain calibration standards and report equipment issues as needed.</li><li>Adhere to Quality management system policies and procedures when performing work.</li><li>Creates calibration data sheets accurately and efficiently, with minimal supervision, based upon instrument specifications and approved calibration procedures</li></ul><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\">&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Field Support &amp; Customer Engagement</strong></p><ul><li>Travel to customer sites, balancing local assignments with occasional overnight trips.</li><li>Set up and support mobile calibration workstations and onsite labs.</li><li>Communicate effectively with customers on service progress, technical needs, and scheduling.</li><li>&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Team Collaboration</strong></p><ul><li>Partner with supervisors and teammates to ensure projects are completed on time.</li><li>Engage in cross-training to grow skills across multiple disciplines.</li><li>Share feedback to improve service delivery and customer experience.</li><li>&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Quality &amp; Compliance</strong></p><ul><li>Adhere to safety protocols, SOPs, and calibration standards.</li><li>Participate in audits, compliance checks, and continuous improvement efforts (5S, Kaizen).</li><li>Maintain professional, audit-ready workspaces.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>5+ years of calibration experience in a lab or field environment.</li><li>College Degree in Electronics 2 or 3 years program is preferred.</li><li>&nbsp;Experience with GP calibration is required.</li><li>Willingness to travel for assignments (local and overnight) with company-covered expenses.</li><li>Familiarity with ISO/IEC 17025 and related calibration standards.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical procedures.</li><li>Ability to travel as needed for personal skill enhancement and training; as well as, to fully support the customer calibration requirements</li></ul><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\">&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Preferred Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Dynamics.</li><li>Experience with FSM, CalWeb, or Gage tools.</li><li>Ability to work across multiple calibration disciplines.</li><li>RF calibration experience.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.</li><li><span data-teams=\"true\">Development and maintenance of an ISO 9001, and ISO/IEC 17025 compliant quality system.</span></li><li>Prior experience in customer-facing roles or supporting large accounts.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Security Requirements:</p><ul><li>CGP Controlled Goods Program security clearance.</li><li>Regular background check.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\">&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\">#LI-CS1</p>",
