This position plays a key role in ensuring banquet functions are executed efficiently, safely, and professionally while maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout all event spaces and service areas.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Set banquet rooms according to Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and event diagrams.</li>\n <li>Arrange tables, chairs, linens, staging, bars, buffets, and other banquet equipment.</li>\n <li>Ensure meeting and event spaces are properly prepared prior to guest arrival.</li>\n <li>Refresh meeting rooms throughout events, including replenishing water stations, coffee stations, ice, and supplies.</li>\n <li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet rooms, hallways, storage areas, and service stations.</li>\n <li>Assist banquet servers, captains, and managers with operational needs during events.</li>\n <li>Perform timely and safe breakdown of banquet rooms and event spaces following function completion.</li>\n <li>Return equipment, tables, chairs, and supplies to designated storage areas in an organized manner.</li>\n <li>Assist with room flips and reset spaces for upcoming events.</li>\n <li>Remove trash, linens, dishes, and event materials from banquet areas.</li>\n <li>Follow all safety and sanitation procedures while handling equipment and completing event setups/breakdowns.</li>\n <li>Ensure all banquet spaces meet company presentation and cleanliness standards.</li>\n <li>All other duties as assigned, requested or deemed necessary by management.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Education/Formal Training</strong></p>\n<p>No formal education needed.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Experience</strong></p>\n<p>Prior housekeeping experience desirable.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Knowledge/Skills</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to follow Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and room diagrams. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Ability to communicate effectively with guests, managers, and team members. Basic understanding of banquet operations and event setup procedures preferred.
