Participants complete a 14-week training program before being placed in structured 10-week internships, with the goal of securing permanent employment.</p><p data-start=\"1477\" data-end=\"1664\">The Job Developer builds and maintains strong relationships with participants, employers, and community stakeholders to ensure successful internship placements and long-term job outcomes.</p><p data-start=\"1666\" data-end=\"2087\">At least 75% of program participants must reside in zip codes disproportionately impacted by high rates of gun violence. The CRED initiative approaches gun violence as a public health crisis by combining short-term workforce opportunities with long-term community-based prevention strategies.
