Description

The Spartan Group is a growing company that currently consists of 13 New Vehicle Dealerships in 6 western states. We are seeking a high-performing Recruiter. This person will report directly to our Executive Vice President, and will be based out of the Executive office, located in Ashland, Oregon. You will be responsible for building pipelines, filling openings fast and partnering directly with store leadership. If you thrive in a fast-paced, purposeful environment and know how to find great people, we want to talk. We need someone who can recruit, engage, and close candidates. The guy/gal with the best team wins! Key Points: Influence hiring strategy Part of the Owner/Executive team Source, screen, and fill roles across Management, sales, service, and admin. Communicating with store leaders on a regular basis Maintaining the applicant tracking system Requirements:             Competitive and results-driven Ability to implement new systems/processes. Excellent communication skills Staffing/recruiting experience. Must be organized, proactive, and results driven. Easily recognize issues/concerns and report accordingly Measurements: Positions filled with the right people! Experience in the automotive industry strongly preferred. This is NOT a Human Resource role; we are looking for someone who can move fast and deliver hires. All inquiries will remain confidential.
