Description

WithersRavenel is hiring a Senior Project Manager to join our growing and collaborative Stormwater team. In this role, the individual will lead complex stormwater and water resources projects focused on stormwater management, watershed planning, drainage design, flood mitigation, and environmental compliance. They will manage a team and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-impact, sustainable solutions across North Carolina and beyond. They will be responsible for client relationship management, project delivery, and strategic technical oversight, while also mentoring junior and mid-level staff to support their professional growth. The Senior Project Manager will play a key leadership role in advancing team development, supporting business development efforts, and ensuring the successful execution of projects aligned with client goals and regulatory requirements. This is a hybrid role working out of our downtown Raleigh, North Carolina office, where employees and supervisors collaborate to establish an in- and out-of-office schedule that “works” for all involved.
