The role involves translating business and operational requirements into system configurations, process improvements, and data models that enable reliability, compliance, and lifecycle value optimization of utility assets across Generation, Transmission, and Distribution domains.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Key Responsibilities:</span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">EAM / APM Solution Delivery</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead or support <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">requirement gathering, functional design, configuration, and implementation</span> of EAM and APM platforms, or similar solutions.</li>\n<li>Act as a <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">functional SME</span> for asset management processes during implementation projects, upgrades, and rollouts.</li>\n<li>Support <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">system configuration</span>, validation, testing, and user acceptance activities.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Asset Management Processes &amp; Frameworks</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">As-Is / To-Be assessments</span>, gap analysis, and process harmonization workshops with business and maintenance stakeholders.</li>\n<li>Design and document <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">end-to-end asset management processes</span>, including:\n<ul>\n<li>Work management</li>\n<li>Preventive and condition-based maintenance</li>\n<li>Asset lifecycle and replacement planning</li>\n<li>Failure and defect management</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li>Develop <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">business process flows, functional specifications, configuration workbooks, and solution design documents.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Reliability &amp; Risk-Based Maintenance</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Contribute to <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">RCM, RBM, FMECA/FMEA, AHI (Asset Health Index)</span>, and risk-based maintenance frameworks for key utility asset classes</li>\n<li>Support translation of reliability and risk models into <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">EAM/APM system logic</span>, thresholds, and workflows.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">APM &amp; Condition Monitoring Enablement</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support APM use cases including:\n<ul>\n<li>Condition monitoring integration</li>\n<li>Asset health scoring</li>\n<li>Failure probability and criticality assessment</li>\n<li>Predictive and diagnostic analytics enablement</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li>Work with data and analytics teams to ensure <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">asset-centric data structures</span> support APM outcomes.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Data Quality &amp; Governance</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">asset data quality assessments</span>, data cleansing initiatives, and master data alignment during EAM/APM implementations.</li>\n<li>Assist in defining <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">asset master data structures</span>, hierarchies, naming conventions, and governance practices.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">System Integration Support</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support functional alignment and integration of EAM with:\n<ul>\n<li>SCADA / condition monitoring systems</li>\n<li>SCADA / EMS systems</li>\n<li>GIS</li>\n<li>ERP</li>\n<li>Field Service Management (FSM)</li>\n<li>Reporting and analytics platforms</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li>Collaborate with technical teams by providing <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">functional input</span> for integrations (without acting as an integration architect).</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Your profile:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical, Electronics, or related discipline).</li>\n<li>12–15+ years of experience in and EAM, APM implementation projects.</li>\n<li>Strong understanding of electric utility operations (T&amp;D, substations).</li>\n<li>Hands-on experience with IBM Maximo / IBM MAS or similar EAM /APM platforms.</li>\n<li>Experience in RCM, FMECA, APM, asset health, failure analysis, and maintenance optimization.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>What we offer</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Permanent contract;</span></li>\n<li><span>Attractive salary package and an extensive array of fringe benefits;</span></li>\n<li><span>Exciting, professional and international environment in a fast-growing company;</span></li>\n<li><span>Unique training, personal development and growth opportunities.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span>At EGI, we value diversity and inclusion.
