Description
Summary The Inventory Manager’s overall responsibility is to oversee the organization, ordering and stocking of over $400,000 in parts inventory and $200,000 in monthly purchases.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
Ensure all policies and procedures are being followed Suggest modifications to policies and procedures to Branch Manager and HR Review previous day’s open items to include: Orders Parts sales Ensures support of machine shop with needed materials/assist in machining Issues parts credits and restocks returned materials Verifies mechanics work schedule to ensure parts/material availability Locates within inventory difficult to find parts (rebuilt units) Salvages reusable parts for scrap Supports other RTS facilities Weekly, reconciles invoices, miscellaneous purchase orders As needed, conducts cycle counts Two times per year, scraps AFA parts Attends quarterly management budget review Organized record keeping or some filing may be required. Other duties may be assigned

Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or GED; or two to five years’ experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
