The CRE Case Manager will provide assessments, support planning/connection, and delivery of services to youth in the program. The CRE Case Manager will work closely with other program staff and the CRE Supervisor to support youth by utilizing a variety of program-specific interventions. The CRE Case Manager will work closely with parents/guardians and other professionals in the community, including school personnel and community-based service providers, to ensure each youth&rsquo;s goals are obtained.
