guidance and support to the superintendent</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Complete Incident Investigation Reports when required</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Review and track toolbox minutes and Hazard Assessment forms</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Review Site Safety Inspection Reports</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Complete Safety Orientations</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">A current CSO certification</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">A minimum of 3 years’ experience in safety</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Industrial First Aid Level 2 certification with transportation endorsement</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Strong organization and people skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">A trade background (strongly preferred)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Strong computer skills including experience in Electronic Safety Systems such as SiteDocs</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Knowledge of construction work processes, tools, and machinery</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">The
