This role ensures that projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with customer specifications, timelines, and quality standards.</li><li>The Aftermarket Project Manager serves as the primary on-site representative for Schneider, coordinating field resources, subcontractors, and customer personnel to ensure successful system integration and customer satisfaction.</li></ul><p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><ul><li>Responsible for managing on-site execution from equipment delivery through site acceptance, including:</li><li>Lead all on-site activities including installation, commissioning, debugging, and startup.</li><li>Act as the primary point of contact at the customer site.</li><li>Coordinate daily activities of field technicians, contractors, and other on-site personnel.</li><li>Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and customer site requirements.</li><li>Review project scope, drawings, and specifications to ensure proper execution.</li><li>Monitor installation progress and adjust plans as needed to meet project timelines.</li><li>Identify and resolve on-site issues, escalating when necessary.</li><li>Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineering, and internal teams to ensure alignment.</li><li>Ensure equipment is installed and functioning according to specifications and quality standards.</li><li>Oversee system commissioning, testing, and validation activities.</li><li>Support customer training and handoff processes.</li><li>Maintain accurate site documentation, including daily reports, issue logs, and progress updates.</li><li>Communicate project status, risks, and changes to stakeholders regularly.</li><li>Manage site logistics including scheduling, material coordination, and resource planning.</li><li>Ensure punch list items are completed prior to site acceptance.</li><li>Drive customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problem resolution.</li><li>Support continuous improvement efforts by providing feedback on processes and designs.</li><li>Assist with additional field service or internal projects as needed.</li><li>Travel as required to customer sites, 50-75% of the year</li></ul>",
