We are seeking someone with two years of experience as a healthcare clinical Professional in the medical field, ideally with experience working with medical devices. This individual needs to be able to respond effectively in an emergency situation for patient care, possess strong listening and communication skills, be attentive to detail, and have the willingness to learn the use of new technology.</p><p>This newly created position will offer the opportunity to help patients using a breakthrough treatment modality for depression called &quot;TMS&quot;. We are seeking the right candidate, who we will train to administer in-office therapeutic treatments under the direction of our treating physician. This individual&rsquo;s primary responsibility will be administering and managing specific clinical services, interacting regularly with patients, and completing additional office administrative tasks when time allows. We will fully train the successful candidate.</p><p><strong>Minimum Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum of a High School Diploma / GED / HSE and/or at least two (2) years experience working in a medical setting</li><li>Preference will be given to those with prior experience working in the Behavioral Health Field</li><li>Demonstrable proficiency in electronic health record keeping software, such as AdvancedMD</li><li>Exceptional communication, as well as interpersonal skills to guide and reassure patients.&#39;</li><li>Successful completion of TMS certification based on initial training provided</li></ul><p><strong>Job Requirements:</strong></p><p>You would coordinate the Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) Treatment Program for our organization.&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Coordination from the marketing of the program,&nbsp;</li><li>Review and process client referrals, as well as provision the TMS treatment sessions.</li><li>Serve as point of contact with NeuroStar regarding TMS machine, ordering sessions, and equipment.</li><li>Review initial TMS referrals and work closely with Neurostar Insurance department to ensure patients have the proper authorizations as per the insurance company of the client/</li><li>Coordinate TMS consultations&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure an active order for TMS treatment before treatment sessions.</li><li>Serve as primary TMS treater and coordinate coverage needs with backup treaters.</li><li>Administer TMS treatments according to protocols provided by mental healthcare professionals.</li><li>Enable effective treatment by accurately positioning the TMS equipment&#39;s electromagnetic coil.</li><li>Ensure head and neck support in order for clients to remain completely still during sessions.</li><li>Explain TMS procedures and it&#39;s possible effects, as well as answering questions.</li><li>Creating a supportive treatment environment and demonstrating compassion</li><li>Assist clients in completing PHQ-9 after sessions.</li><li>Record session notes and collaborate with certified TMS psychiatrists on client care</li><li>Work under supervision and collaborate with mental healthcare professionals.</li><li>Market TMS treatment to external referral sources</li><li>Assist with new client registrations and annual updates during periods with low TMS caseload</li><li>May assist with PR/Marketing activities to promote TMS and other services provided by the agency as schedule permits.</li><li>Assist in the operational process of the organization</li></ul><p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p><p><strong>Our comprehensive Benefits Package</strong> includes health and dental Insurance, earned vacation benefits, 401k retirement savings account, long and short-term disability insurance, life insurance, Tuition Reimbursement Assistance, and EAP services for employees.
