Candidates that reside in one of our current 13 operating states (CA, CO, GA, IL, MI, NC, NJ, NY, OH, OR, PA, TX, VA) and Washington, D.C are encouraged to apply.  </span></li>\n<li><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Generous Time Off:</span> New RWB full-time employees enjoy up to 15 days of PTO, 15 sick days, and 22+ paid organizational holidays (including a one week Thanksgiving break and a two-week winter vacation in 2025).</span></li>\n<li><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Competitive Pay &amp; Benefits: </span>We offer competitive pay and work hard to ensure our team members are paid fairly regardless of their gender, race, or other demographic backgrounds.
