          "text": "<p>We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team in a dynamic role focused on empowering individuals through employment readiness and career development. This position plays a critical part in guiding participants toward self-sufficiency by delivering wrap around services.&#xa0; This includes facilitating training workshops, coordinating learning activities, and fostering strong community partnerships. If you're passionate about helping others achieve their career goals and thrive in a collaborative environment, we encourage you to apply.</p><p><br>\n● Fosters collaboration with other agencies with a focus on helping participants to prepare for employment that leads to self-sufficiency.</p><p>● Schedule and conduct workshops, webinars. and other classroom activities designed to prepare students for career pathways.</p><p>● Coordinate online learning activities; assigns appropriate courses related to individual employment plans and goals, and monitors progress</p><p>● Administer Pre/Post-test assessments per curriculum and course certification documented in various case management systems.</p><p>● Collaborate with area businesses, advisory groups, and agencies to encourage the further development of school-to-work opportunities.</p><p>● Pre-screen potential participants for program eligibility.&#xa0; Keep accurate tracking/notes regarding participant progress.</p><p>● Investigate and share ideas regarding post-secondary options and adult services and network with all appropriate community agencies and organizations.</p><p>● Develop rapport with participants in order to mutually explore career options and interests.</p><p>● Work with participants individually or in groups to problem solve employment issues.</p><p>● All other training and training management duties as assigned.</p><p>● Perform other duties as requested.</p>",
