    "description_html": "<p>The Oversight Coordinator is responsible for supporting the successful execution of electric utility construction projects by coordinating contractors, monitoring field progress, facilitating project changes, ensuring compliance with utility standards, and maintaining communication between internal teams, contractors, and project stakeholders.</p><p><br></p><p>This role serves as a key liaison between field operations, project management, engineering, supply chain, and contractors to help ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and in accordance with company and client standards.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Contractor Coordination &amp; Field Oversight</strong></p><ul><li>Act as the primary day-to-day contact for contractors assigned to utility construction projects.&nbsp;</li><li>Coordinate and manage contractor activities to support project execution and compliance.&nbsp;</li><li>Monitor contractor progress, productivity, and overall performance throughout the life of the project.&nbsp;</li><li>Identify issues affecting project performance and take corrective action as needed. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Participate in pre-construction meetings, kickoff meetings, and daily tailboards.&nbsp;</li><li>Verify project site readiness prior to construction start.&nbsp;</li><li>Define site access points, laydown/storage areas, and site logistics requirements as needed.&nbsp;</li><li>Identify special construction equipment requirements at the start of the project.&nbsp;</li><li>Manage and document property damage claims and customer complaints when applicable.&nbsp;</li><li>Collect and compile contractor performance data and field observations for reporting and evaluation purposes.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Safety, Compliance &amp; Quality</strong></p><ul><li>Identify project-specific safety requirements, special hazards, and operational risks.&nbsp;</li><li>Promote safe work practices and ensure contractors are aligned with all applicable safety expectations.&nbsp;</li><li>Support and participate in field safety discussions, observations, and compliance efforts.&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure all required permits, including ROW and environmental permits, are secured prior to construction activities.&nbsp;</li><li>Conduct job site inspections to verify readiness, compliance, and construction quality.&nbsp;</li><li>Verify that completed work meets applicable construction standards, specifications, and client requirements.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain a working knowledge of utility construction standards, engineering guides, and applicable policies/procedures.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Operational Support</strong></p><ul><li>Support project execution through outage coordination, switching, and commissioning activities.
