          "text": "<p><b>Technical/Functional Skills</b></p><p></p><p>- Expertise in IBM&apos;s MDM version 11.x product, hands-on multiple implementation experience, preferably in Banking domain</p><p>- Hands on experience with IBM MDM Customization includes Extension, Addition, Business proxies, SDP, Match-Merge Rules, Event Manager</p><p>- Complete understanding of OSGI architecture in terms of MDM customization, deployment and how to troubleshoot failures</p><p>- Expert Java development background with RSA/ RAD, MDM Workbench, SOAP Web Services, XML, XSD, WSDL</p><p>- Intermediate knowledge of SQL (DB2)</p><p>- IBM MDM Server Product upgrade experience is a plus.</p><p>- Working knowledge of concepts like Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and how to use these with different types of integration technologies</p><p>- Proven track record implementing successful MDM initiatives</p><p>- Excellent oral and written communication skills</p><p>- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team</p><p>- Exposure to MDM Information Domains (Party, Agreement, Location)</p><p><b>Roles &amp; Responsibilities</b></p><p>This role has deep understanding of master data management processes &amp; tools, data modeling &amp; data integration</p><p>- Design and develop MDM model based on specification</p><p>- Designs and develops customized MDM code based on Specification.</p><p>- Customization of MDM using MDM features such as Extension, Additions and Business proxies, rule, Services.</p><p>- Designs and develops necessary batch interfaces to and from MDM hub Builds unit test scripts for custom components.</p><p>- Design, develop, Conduct Unit Testing Cases of new releases of SW components within the MDM repository.</p><p></p>",
