    "description": "<p><span>We’re hiring the lead price and proposal analyst supporting a high-priority DoD program office at Eglin AFB. This is the government-side evaluation seat: you analyze the price proposals that contractors submit, develop the program’s negotiation positions, and act as the central coordination point for every proposal that comes into the program — tracking, routing, and shepherding each one through evaluation to award.</span></p>\n<p><span><br>We’re specifically looking for someone who has led price proposals from the industry side — at a prime or supplier — and can bring that insider perspective to evaluating them on behalf of the government.<br></span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span>This is a high-visibility role on a significant national-defense program, based on Florida’s Emerald Coast — Destin-area beaches, no state income tax, and a close-knit defense community.<br></span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required:</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">US Citizen</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Able to attain a Top Secret Clearance</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Able to attain SAP accesses</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">12+ years managing/writing proposals for Industry</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">5+ years leading proposals for industry</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">5+ years working with a program office in weapons or platforms</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Do:</span><br>• Evaluate contractor price proposals for reasonableness, completeness, and realism using price and proposal analysis techniques (FAR 15.404)<br>• Develop the government’s pre-negotiation objectives and negotiation positions; support the contracting officer through fact-finding and negotiations<br>• Serve as the single point of coordination and intake for all proposals entering the program — track status, route to technical and contracting evaluators, and drive timelines to award<br>• Review and assess bases of estimate (BOEs), labor and material estimates, and proposed rates<br>• Prepare and support price negotiation documentation (e.g., PNM inputs) and weighted-guidelines profit analysis<br>• Coordinate with DCAA, DCMA, technical evaluators, and contracting throughout source selection and negotiation<br>• Compare proposals against the independent Government estimate (IGCE) and identify key price drivers and risk<br>Required<br>• 12+ years of direct proposal lead experience on behalf of a supplier or prime industry partner<br>• Highly experienced with ProPricer<br>• Working knowledge of the FAR/DFARS — especially FAR Part 15 (contracting by negotiation) and FAR 15.404 price/proposal analysis techniques<br>• Strong Excel modeling and quantitative analysis skills<br>• Active [Secret / Top Secret] security clearance and U.S. citizenship<br>Preferred<br>• Experience on major weapons-system, missile, or strategic programs<br>• Familiarity with weighted guidelines, IGCE development, and PNM preparation<br>• Exposure to DCAA audit findings and DCMA coordination<br>• Experience as a proposal coordination or evaluation lead across multiple concurrent actions<br>• Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field<br>Why Here<br>• A lead role with real influence on a significant active defense program<br>• Emerald Coast living — beaches, affordable living, no state income tax<br>• A stable, mission-driven team in a secure environment at Eglin AFB<br></span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">This position is in the office in a secure environment with opportunity for advancement within the company as the business case builds. </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">The Contract is a 4 year contract utilized in annually funded status based on options.</span></p>",
