Salary: USD 65,000–95,000 Description All About Therapy is seeking a Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist to join our team serving families throughout the Raleigh Durham area. This is an in person, community based role. This position is ideal for pediatric SLPs who value flexibility, autonomy, and delivering meaningful communication support within children’s everyday routines. For over 16 years, we’ve built strong relationships within the community and long term team retention. Our natural environment clinicians operate with independence while remaining connected to a supportive, collaborative team. Your Work in Natural Environments In this role, you will provide speech and language services where children live, learn, and play. You will: Conduct comprehensive pediatric speech and language evaluations Develop individualized treatment plans targeting communication, language, social skills, and feeding when applicable Deliver one on one therapy sessions, with group sessions as clinically appropriate Utilize play based, functional, and engaging interventions Monitor progress and adjust strategies thoughtfully Maintain timely and compliant documentation Communicate consistently with caregivers and care teams Coordinate scheduling and continuity of care with the AAT administrative team You will have flexibility in structuring your caseload while maintaining professional accountability and strong communication with families and leadership.
