The department has a strong commitment to faculty development and academic advancement.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We welcome candidates with a variety of backgrounds and experiences who can contribute to the excellence of our community through its clinical, educational, and/or research missions.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Job Description:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The Emory University School of Medicine Department of Radiology and Imaging Sciences is seeking full-time interventional radiologists for an expanding Division of Interventional Radiology under new leadership.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Our division is responsible for image guided interventions across a spectrum of clinical environments – including a quaternary academic transplant referral center, a dedicated cancer hospital, a high-volume Level I trauma center, small suburban hospitals, and evolving outpatient centers. Our intention is to match clinical, academic, leadership, and innovation interests with the appropriate practice setting for qualified applicants.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The Emory Healthcare system is broad. The resources available for those with academic aspirations include mentorship, infrastructure, collaboration opportunities, and support. Likewise, the Emory Healthcare/Emory School of Medicine system affords interventional radiologists the unique opportunity to practice and live in a variety of locations and settings, and the robust population supports specific clinical interests.</p>\n<p>  </p>\n<p>Visa sponsorship is available for qualified applicants.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Compensation rates reflect newly updated and enhanced compensation rates effective 9/1/2026.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Minimum Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Applicants must have completed an interventional radiology residency or fellowship at an accredited program.</li>\n <li>Applicants must be ABR board-certified/eligible and be eligible to obtain an unrestricted Georgia medical license.</li>\n <li>Faculty rank will be commensurate with experience.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>NOTE: Position tasks are required to be performed in-person at an Emory University location; working remote is not an option.
