If who we are and what we do resonates with you, we invite you to join our high-performance team!\n<h2>Job Summary</h2>Plans, monitors and manages internal programs from initiation through completion | Leads or coordinates programs, resourcing, staffing, progress reporting, troubleshooting and indirect people management | Monitors performance and recommends schedule changes, cost adjustments or resource additions | Responsibilities are within the Project Management Function as a generalist or in a combination of Disciplines\n<h2>Impact of the Role</h2>\n<h3>General Profile</h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Provides leadership and direction through managers</li>\n <li>Must have at least one manager level direct report</li>\n <li>Is accountable for the performance and results of a division or region</li>\n <li>Executes business plans and contributes to the development of functional strategy</li>\n <li>Decisions are guided by functional or major operational segment strategy and priorities</li>\n <li>Consistent exercise of discretion & judgment</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Essential Functions</h2>\n<ul>\n <li> Has P&L responsibility</li>\n <li> Directs and oversees corporate programs that meet the needs of the organization or its employees or customers.</li>\n <li> Develops and implements program processes and policies, directs program management staff, and works with other department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects and programs.</li>\n <li> Directs the work of programs staff to ensure that work in completed on time or in accordance with established standards or specifications. </li>\n <li> Ensures that activities are in compliance with organizational policies and any relevant external regulations. </li>\n <li> Reviews all aspects of corporate programs, including planning, budgeting, staffing, and performance. </li>\n <li> Presents programs status updates to senior management or other stakeholders.</li>\n <li> Leads and directs the work of other employees and has responsibility for personnel actions related to hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions with concurrence from HR & General Managers.</li>\n <ul>\n  <h2>Required Qualifications</h2>\n  <ul>\n   <li><strong>Required education and experience:</strong> Associate's Degree and 10-12 years' experience OR Equivalent Combination of Relevant Education &/or Experience</li>\n   <li><strong>Critical professional related technical skills; computer skills:</strong> Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)</li>\n  </ul>\n  <h2>Preferred Qualifications</h2>\n  <ul>\n   <li><strong>Preferred education and experience:</strong> Bachelor's Degree</li>\n   <li><strong>Discipline/Major:</strong> Business degree preferred</li>\n   <li><strong>Knowledge, skills & abilities:</strong> Ability to develop and mentor others. Management skills. Leadership skills. Oral and written communication skills. Ability to build collaborative relationships. Detail oriented. Ability to meet deadlines.
