You will facilitate the EEEC II’s interests and activities for process system and solution projects. The position is responsible for project activities include, but not limited to, Proposal Engineering.</p>\n<p>If you think this role is suitable for you, let's go and join our team!</p>\n<p><strong>In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will be to:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Implement various International Pursuits.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Analyze customers Request for Quote (RFQ) Specifications &amp; Customer Requirements.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Raise and resolve any queries related to the Request for Quote (RFQ).</li>\n <li>Prepare list of work and proposal schedule.</li>\n <li>Track proposal delivery schedule for the work to meet the submission deadline.</li>\n <li>Prepare Technical Queries (TQs) and respond to technical queries raised by customer/ vendor.</li>\n <li>Participate in Technical Kick of Meeting with sales and Operation.</li>\n <li>Preparing apt and cost efficient solution and proposal based on RFQ requirements.</li>\n <li>Use various proposal tools to ensure accuracy and completeness of the financial estimates.</li>\n <li>Cost estimation and optimization inline with RFQ requirements.</li>\n <li>Size system hardware, estimate controller loading, and size the control network.</li>\n <li>Prepare heat and power calculations and system architecture.</li>\n <li>Prepare table of compliance for various customer specifications with minimal help of Proposal lead and Operations.</li>\n <li>Help Proposal lead in identifying Risks and Mitigation plan associated with technical solution.</li>\n <li>Derive/ Tune engineering service estimate and review with Operations.</li>\n <li>Prepare commercial summary for the offering in customer format.</li>\n <li>Co-ordinate with Procurement teams and vendors for Techno commercial offers for the third-party items as part of the Solution requirements.</li>\n <li>Work closely with the Proposal lead and Sales to understand the customer requirements and prepare the proposal accordingly.</li>\n <li>Implement to Emerson Automation Solution Ethical values at all times.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Quality Control &amp; Assurance</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Implementation of EEEC IMS processes/documentation as &amp; when required throughout the project.</li>\n <li>Adopts to WA quality requirements and Customer’s regulatory guidelines</li>\n <li>Practices and promotes First time right approac and rigorously follows GDP (Good Documentation Practices).</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Other Duties</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform other additional specific duties, when requested by the business. These will, typically, be strategic in nature but could potentially be anything that the post holder is suitably qualified and experienced to undertake. These duties may be assigned to the person under mentorship of a supervisor.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Who You Are:&nbsp;</strong></p>\n<p>You promote high visibility of shared contributions to goals. You display a can-do attitude in good and bad times.</p>\n<p><strong>For This Role, You Will Need:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>5-8 years of relevant work experience in the field of process control and automation.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>DCS/ SIS Design experience in Engineering Industry is desired.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Preferably worked on Oil &amp; Gas, Refineries, Chemical, Petrochemical DCS/ SIS design &amp; engineering projects.</li>\n <li>Proficient in PC skills and application software like MS Word, Excel, Visio etc.</li>\n <li>Understanding of project life cycle from concept to commissioning and customer need and translating it into a technical solution.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Able to size and analyze DCS system based on RFQ requirements.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be a bachelor graduate or equivalent experience in Instrumentation, Electronics, Electronics &amp; Telecommunication.</li>\n <li>Excellent written and verbal communicator.</li>\n <li>Ability to plan and prioritize work to meet commitments.</li>\n <li>Ability to work within a sophisticated matrix organization and with multi-functional teams’ proposal, Sales, Operation, Procurement, Legal team located remotely.</li>\n <li>Ability to provide clear direction, delegate &amp; distribute assignments and decisions appropriately.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Our Culture &amp; Commitment to You</strong></p>\n<p>At Emerson, we prioritize a workplace where every employee is valued, respected, and empowered to grow.
