Key Responsibilities: Lead global transformation programs across all systems, products, and customer touchpoints, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals. Planning and executing remediation strategies to mitigate risks and ensure continuity, including customer communication plans, support readiness, and operational adjustments. Driving cross-functional readiness testing and validation, ensuring that all internal teams and customer-facing functions are fully prepared for each phase of the transformation. Establish and manage a comprehensive program governance framework, including executive level reporting, steering committees, workstream leads, and risk management protocols which include providing a regular update to the Enterprise Risk Committee on progress towards overall risk remediation. Coordinate impact assessments, remediation planning, and execution across internal systems and customer-facing platforms, including the potential engagement of external vendors to support platform delivery, customer readiness assessments and subsequent remediations. Drive alignment and build consensus across cross functional teams including Product, Technology, Data, Legal, Compliance, and Customer Operations to ensure seamless implementation globally. Skills Needed Bachelor’s Degree with major in Business Administration, Technology or related disciplines. At least 15 years’ leadership experience in pre-sales / solutions consulting/ product management/ project management. Strong understanding of market research, competitive analysis, and customer needs assessment. Proven track record of developing strategy and managing all aspects of a global program from planning to execution. Analytical capabilities, results oriented, with proven ability to multitask and prioritize. Excellent communication and presentation skill, with experience in dealing with senior management and all levels including across matrix teams Independent, detailed oriented, and a good team player. Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales and analytics teams Ability to proactively translate business goals into product requirements. Show an ownership mindset in everything you do. Be a problem solver, be curious and be inspired to take action. Be proactive, seek ways to collaborate and connect with people and teams in support of driving success. Continuous growth mindset, keep learning through social experiences and relationships with stakeholders, experts, colleagues and mentors as well as widen and broaden your competencies.
