    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>Location: Tulsa, OK – On-site</strong><strong>💰 Pay Rate: $81.00/hour</strong></p>\n<p>EXPLEO GROUP USA is seeking a Consultant-level<strong> Design Engineer </strong>(Level 5) to provide advanced technical leadership across aerospace design programs.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This role is suited for an experienced professional who is recognized as a subject matter expert, capable of solving highly complex design problems and influencing engineering excellence across teams.</p>\n<h2><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead complex aerospace design solutions for structural and mechanical systems</li>\n <li>Develop and review advanced CATIA V5 models and drawing packages</li>\n <li>Ensure compliance with aerospace standards and configuration control processes</li>\n <li>Act as technical authority within IPTs and across programs</li>\n <li>Guide design methodologies, practices, and standards</li>\n <li>Support program milestones, risk mitigation, and quality objectives</li>\n <li>Mentor engineers across all levels</li>\n <li>Influence cross-functional design decisions and strategies</li>\n</ul>\n<h2><strong>Qualifications</strong></h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (ABET-accredited)</li>\n <li>14+ years aerospace design experience</li>\n <li>Deep expertise in structural and mechanical design</li>\n <li>Strong experience with Boeing standards and defence programs</li>\n <li>Advanced CATIA V5 proficiency</li>\n <li>Strong knowledge of FAA and aerospace compliance standards</li>\n <li>Demonstrated leadership in complex engineering environments</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What We Offer</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Competitive pay ($81/hour)</li>\n <li>Full benefits package</li>\n <li>401(k) with match</li>\n <li>High-impact, long-term engineering opportunities</li>\n <li>Collaborative, expert-driven culture</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>About Expleo</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This position may require access to information subject to U.S. export‑control regulations (e.g., ITAR/EAR).
