In this role, the individual will update existing and develop new course materials following IACET guidelines and best practice adult learning theory. *Relocation assistance available for selected non-local candidate.&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>AS AN EDUCATION SERVICES INSTRUCTOR, YOU WILL:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Conduct scheduled training sessions at Marshalltown campus, customer sites, sales representative offices, and regional training centers</li>\n <li>Contribute and collaborate with partners on improving course curriculum, student materials, and hands-on workshops</li>\n <li>Assist with the preparation of all necessary instructional materials and equipment for classes</li>\n <li>Work closely with Division product teams to develop and maintain a high degree of technical expertise on assigned topics, product offerings, and related process control equipment</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>WHO YOU ARE:</strong></p>\n<p>You adjust communication to fit the audience and the message. You use customer insights to drive and guide the development of new offerings. You facilitate an open dialogue with a wide variety of contributors and stakeholders. You break down objectives into appropriate initiatives and actions.
