    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><p>&nbsp;<strong>Description:</strong></p>\n<p>With safety as the first priority, Swim Lesson Coordinators are responsible for the overall success of the lesson program. As the primary point of contact, the Coordinator will interact with instructors, the management team, parents, and children. A successful, Coordinator is highly adaptable and able to address any arising situation with ease and confidence.</p>\n<p></p>\n<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li dir = \"auto\">Ensure safety of all students and instructors</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\">Schedule instructors based on student rosters</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\">Ensure swim lessons start and end on time and the pool deck is setup in preparation for lessons</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\">Have an in depth knowledge of the SwimSafe curriculum and how to teach the skills</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\">Interact with parents to address questions, provide curriculum information, and promote the lesson program</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\">Provide support to instructors when faced with a difficult situation or need for creative problem solving</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\">Be ready and willing to get in the water if needed</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\">Ensure all instructors have been properly trained on the SwimSafe curriculum&nbsp;</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\">Act as a representative of SwimSafe Pool Management Co. throughout swim lessons</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\">Report any incidents or unsafe situations/conditions</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\">Attend training and in-services as required</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li dir = \"auto\">Ability to work with children, parents, and instructors</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\">High level of experience teaching swim lessons</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\">Excellent communication skills</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\">Successful completion of SwimSafe swim lesson training upon hire</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Work Environment: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li dir = \"auto\">Outdoor pool setting</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\">Exposure to imperfect weather conditions</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Requirements</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Previous Swim Lesson Instructor experience required</li>\n<li>Swim Team Coaching experience&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Customer service experience</li>\n</ul>\n</div></div></div></div>\n",
