The role reports directly to the&#xa0;Chief Product and Analytics Officer&#xa0;of Financial Services &amp; Data, and is the catalyst for transformation within the&#xa0;business, helping to evolve the way Experian&#xa0;provides insights to&#xa0;support&#xa0;existing customers and drive innovation.&#xa0;&#xa0;&#xa0;&#xa0;&#xa0;</p><p>Our Financial Services &amp; Data (FSD) business powers decisioning and innovation across the financial ecosystem. We partner with leading banks, fintechs, and capital markets firms to deliver trusted data, advanced analytics, and cloud-based software that help clients make smarter, faster, and more confident decisions.</p><p>This leader will direct the&#xa0;development of analytics, data science, research, and innovation strategies. The role blends strategic vision with hands‑on expertise: defining how AI and analytics are used across our products, designing future‑ready solutions aligned to business strategy, and balancing growth with risk.</p><p>We’re looking for a leader with strong business and technical acumen, deep data and analytics expertise, and a proven ability to inspire teams, build trust with diverse stakeholders, and lead effective change in a large‑scale, data‑driven environment.</p><p><strong>Key responsibilities of this role&#xa0;include:&#xa0;&#xa0;</strong></p><ul><li>Define and implement the&#xa0;Analytics strategy and communicate that strategy to company executives, external&#xa0;partners&#xa0;and customers.&#xa0;</li><li>Lead and inspire a team of data professionals&#xa0;who will create and develop a world class data capability</li><li>Implement models and ML/AI to fuel new product features, improve operational quality, and create a personalized experience for Experian’s customers and partners.&#xa0;</li><li>Steward of data as a strategic business asset, revenue&#xa0;driver&#xa0;and source of risk mitigation for Experian</li><li>Identify&#xa0;trends and evolving user behavior that may support or impede our investments, and drive innovation that&#xa0;leverages&#xa0;key technology trends&#xa0;&#xa0;</li><li>Oversee the development of the requirements, principles,&#xa0;models&#xa0;and designs of data applications&#xa0;or&#xa0;use&#xa0;cases&#xa0;&#xa0;</li><li>Evaluate emerging trends such as big/open/linked data, ML/AI, and&#xa0;determine&#xa0;the impacts on&#xa0;the future-state enterprise data architecture.&#xa0;</li><li>Partner consultatively with leaders in product management, sales, marketing, technology, and delivery to provide analytics insights that improve efficiency and effectiveness.</li><li>Conduct research and case studies on our competitors’&#xa0;analytics&#xa0;and other relevant&#xa0;leading edge&#xa0;trends to make determinations on the probability of their usefulness&#xa0;</li><li>Contribute to the broader leadership agenda on an ongoing basis&#xa0;as a member of the business unit leadership team</li></ul>",
