With a strong pipeline of work and continued regional growth, this is a great opportunity for someone who wants to own projects end-to-end and grow into a senior leadership role.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This position is ideal for a mid-level Project Manager (8–12 years of experience) who has successfully run projects independently and is ready to take the next step in their career. This is a hands-on PM role where you will truly own your projects, not just support them.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>You’ll be responsible for full lifecycle project management, including:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Managing projects from preconstruction through closeout</li>\n<li>Owning project financials (budgeting, forecasting, cost control)</li>\n<li>Leading subcontractor coordination, procurement, and scheduling</li>\n<li>Managing RFIs, submittals, change orders, and client communication</li>\n<li>Driving project timelines, quality, and overall execution</li>\n<li>Partnering closely with field teams, ownership, and design partners</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>What They’re Looking For</p>\n<ul>\n<li>8–12 years of construction experience, with proven Project Manager experience</li>\n<li>Experience running $10M+ commercial projects end-to-end</li>\n<li>Strong understanding of project financials and cost control</li>\n<li>Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive project execution</li>\n<li>Someone looking for long-term growth into a Senior PM/PX-level role</li>\n<li>Mentorship mindset and team-oriented approach</li>\n</ul>",
